Years in business as a photographer
I fell in love with babies long before becoming a mom. When my 4-pound preemie brother came home, I was captivated—and I learned early how fast those newborn moments pass.
Motherhood changed everything. Life with babies became a beautiful, emotional kind of chaos, and I started documenting it all so we could remember the tiny moments that go by too quickly.
That passion for preserving memories brought me to newborn photography. I prioritize safety above all and have trained with leaders like Amy McDaniel and Kelly Brown. Clients often call me a “baby whisperer,” and it’s the best compliment I could receive.
Most of all, I want every mom in my studio to feel calm, supported, and celebrated. In a world that asks mothers to do it all, this is a space where you can simply be present.
I’m not always camera-ready, but I get in the photo anyway—because I want my kids to remember how deeply they were loved. And I hope you choose to be in the frame, too.

It's Worth It!
I cannot recommend Kelsie enough. She is amazing!! She’s been photographing our family for almost 8 years. It’s not just the photos that I absolutely love but it’s also her process. She makes the photo shoot so comfortable and effortless. We love her!
When new parents inquire, they tell me they’re nervous about the baby crying, or about looking tired.
But when they get their photos, they’re always surprised by how calm it feels and how peaceful it looks!
The room is quiet, warm, and slow on purpose.
I follow your baby’s lead, settle in where you are, and give you space to just breathe.
You’ll walk away feeling like someone finally saw this moment for what it really is: hard & beautiful.

My babies
I’m based in West Edmonton, Alberta, where I live with my family and run my cozy, private portrait studio. I’ve been photographing babies and families full time since 2014, and it’s been the most rewarding journey.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me watching my girls play volleyball, taking long walks with my husband, or being dog mom to our shepherd cross and bischon poodle.
Motherhood is wild, beautiful, messy, and full of meaning—and it brings me so much joy to capture that for the families I work with. I would be honoured to help tell your story.
Thinking about working together but not local to Edmonton? I’m always happy to travel within Alberta and beyond, and I’d love to help plan your session—even if it means hopping on a plane.
Let’s create something beautiful together.

Sometimes when I’m photographing a newborn, I catch myself wondering what kind of world they’ll grow up in.
Will they feel seen? Will they be accepted, celebrated, and loved exactly as they are?
That’s what I hope for—always.
In my studio, every family is welcome. Every story is valued. This is a safe, inclusive space for all—regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, religion, or family structure.
I believe in kindness, equality, and the simple truth that love makes a family. I wish it didn’t have to be said, but it does—and I’ll keep saying it proudly.
You belong here. Your story matters. And I’d be honoured to help you tell it.
1. I’m inspired by soft light, neutral textures, classic black-and-white tones—and most of all, by the way you love your babies.
2. I once lived on the Upper East Side of NYC as an au pair for three energetic boys. At 20, that experience taught me independence, patience, and how to navigate a new city with confidence.
3.I’m 41, and while I wish I’d started my photography journey earlier, becoming a mom is what helped me discover this passion.
4. For my 40th birthday, I did boudoir photos with Bare by Brina. It was an incredible experience—and one I believe every woman should treat herself to at least once.
5. Most importantly, I love what I do. Photography is my full-time career, and every baby I photograph reminds me of my own motherhood journey.
These moments are fleeting, and I’m honored to help you preserve them.
